Data Factors maintains their
own database and operates services on behalf of a large number of
football, rugby and other businesses that require advanced ticketing
services.
The information you provide
is used solely for the benefit of the organisation to whom you provide the
data. We hold it securely on their behalf, and both
we and the club or organisation we work on behalf of, take your privacy
seriously.
We do not sell or
rent mailing lists and do not provide access to our lists by any other
organisation. We, Data Factors, only mail those with whom we have had direct
contact. If you want to be removed from our mailing list, simply email
us here.
Where we process credit card data,
information that you enter, is always encrypted to the highest standards.
Those of you used to online shopping, will notice there may sometimes be a
"lock" on the bottom of your screen when entering personal data.
Even if one is not shown, if you look at the address, you will notice that
it begins with https, with the "s" meaning secure (encrypted).
This means that if anything
does go wrong, your information is protected. When we store transaction
information, we encode the credit card number, using a one way encoding
process, so even our own technical staff cannot determine your original
card number. We hold securely, only the last 4 digits so that we can print
receipts.
